Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Pearson Limo Toronto website (https://pearsonlimotoronto.com/) and services (the “Service”) operated by Pearson Limo Toronto (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Bookings

By booking a ride with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and pickup/drop-off details.

2. Payment

All charges are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards. The full fare is charged at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time

We provide a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes for non-airport pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups (domestic arrivals) and 90 minutes (international arrivals) from the flight’s arrival time. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to the safety of our drivers or other passengers.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage or personal belongings. Our liability for any other damages is limited to the amount of the fare paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
